Sick of being tormented every god damn week by that same set list that's been played every week since the year dot

Bored, walking into a place to find it half empty with just the same few people in em

I need a change...

basically whats happened is this.... babies, significant others, marriage, divorce etc.... and the old crowd is now a dying breed- myself included. its very hard to accept but i doubt its ever going to be how it used to be- spose thats the nature of growing up.." eeeee by eck i remeber the good old days......" XD

i moved away from Barnsley a few years ago over the border to Rotherham. In recent months i have strayed back over to rock nights in Barsley. Now the problem is when i have been out there as only been an handful of people out i know. More the case on Wednesdays. I ten to go room, millstones, and then oxygen. I have always stayed no later than 1:30 due to several reasons: 1 only few pl around i know, its all 'kids' that like others have said keep themselves to themselves, well the majority anyways, there is never more than about 10 people in oxygen by that time (do people go in after...must admit to never seeing any of the old crowd out weds unless they get there after i have gone) and also there doesn't seem to be many drinks offers on a wed, which when also going out on a weekend and therfore watching the pennies does make a difference. Also on Fridays its a lot busier in quasis and i have been enjoying that more been two weeks on trot now and ill def be making jorney over to tarn again. However there are still hardley and of the old crew out. I feel so old when i know only an handful of ppl!!
