That if she can bring in the crowds and fund it, then we can keep Wednesdays and also have the odd friday where we will be having LIVE BANDS. and OPEN SETS.

Wouldn't it be better to have one night? The rock crowds sparse as it is spreading people out over two night doesn't sound like the best course of action to me.

Well Oxygen used to have Wednesday, Friday and Saturday,
We just want their to be a good gig on at our place so people can have the chance to show what they can do. Promote themselves and have a laugh.
This is not about "stealing customers" from anywhere else, if anything all the places that actually provide alternative music should come together and organise a "jump to".
God knows that the scene needs a boost. so hopefully having a big night like we are on the 27th of march should bring a new crowd in from outta town? get some new ears on the ground (y)
Wednesday will still be the Original rock night, no doubt about it. But we can hopefully also offer a night of live music, cheap beer and a wicked dj!
