Help with Flash

Does anyone know how 2 use flash?
I have 2 make an XML based media player by saturday lolzz
Has 2 be made in Action Script 2

Any help would rock guys!

dude there is a wizard in the new adobe FLASH CS3. From that you can make it exactly how you want. There are a number of tutorials on youtube that shows you how to do it.
